Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sources new sales
opportunities national wide through lead follow-up, cold calls and
emails Proactively manages territory to increase sales volume and
customer retention Maintains high level of sales activity at all
times by conducting a minimum number of sales appointments Works
closely with corporate sales team to understand objectives as well
as developing and implementing business opportunities and reaching
out to new customers Creates territory plans, pricing and
understands business decisions impact on Mauser Packaging Solutions
and the marketplace Understands competitors products, processes and
capabilities, people and manufacturing strategies and strengths;
Leverages this knowledge to benefit Mauser Packaging Solutions.
Meets with customers to build and maintain positive relationships
on a regular basis and provides product, pricing and service
information. Maintains high level of knowledgeability on product
and industry trends and updates Utilizes Salesforce software daily
to update and manage accounts and new business activities Reviews
performance metrics to ensure achievement of monthly sales, revenue
and margin goals. Attends Sales meetings and Trade Shows to keep
current on latest trends and developments in the industry.
Requirements: Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of
education and experience 10 years of experience in sales;
manufacturing environment preferred Experience with large
territories a plus Proven ability to develop and implement
territory strategies Successful negotiation and implementation of
supply agreements Strong leadership, presentation and interpersonal
skills Experience with SalesForce.com Comprehensive understanding
of financial business and data analysis Self-motivated in fast
paced changing environment Works from home office with moderate to
