this role, you operate as the subject-matter expert on sales,
access, reimbursement, and operational issues. You will:
- Execute and maintain contracted relationships with key accounts
and customers (institutions, hospitals, IDN, and Director of
Pharmacy)
- Utilize market resources to expand the use of the product
- Identify access barriers for the product and develop a path for
solutions
- Achieve and/or exceed targeted business goals in an assigned
region by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated
business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing
market share
- Leverage all national, regional, state, and local level key
account market knowledge to drive business plans and
strategies
- Maintain compliance with all corporate and industry policies
and proceduresMinimum Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' commercial medical
device/biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3 years of field IDN account experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare system processes
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel, including
